ColourX Lounge – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to ColourX Lounge. By booking an appointment or making a purchase with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. No Refund Policy
All in-store purchases are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your hair service, you have the right to return within three (3) days for a fix-up or redo. The service will be performed by the same stylist and at the original price—no more, no less. We do not issue refunds for services, including discounted ones.
4. Surcharge Policy
A surcharge applies to all card payments:

2% on standard card transactions

5% on Afterpay
As a small business, these surcharges help us manage rising operational costs while continuing to serve you with quality.
5. Rejected Assistance Clause
If you are dissatisfied and choose to reject our offered corrections, including opting for box dye or visiting another salon, we are no longer responsible for your results. No further adjustments will be offered in such cases.
6. Final Sale Items & Hair Services
There are no refunds or exchanges on:

Hair services (discounted or full price)

Final sale retail products
7. Promotional Packages
When hair packages are on sale, they are valid only for the promotional period. No rollovers or extensions will be honored to ensure fairness for all clients.
8. Deposit & No-Show Policy
Deposits will be applied toward your booked service. If a client fails to show up for their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. To avoid revenue loss, we may also request a credit card on file to charge in the event of a broken policy. Your contact info helps us stay in touch—boundaries are essential, but so is empathy.
9. Client Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information—including appointment history, payment details, and health records—is securely stored and accessible only by ColourX Lounge team members with authorized logins.
We do not share or sell your information. Contact details are used solely for salon communication, appointment reminders, marketing, and updates.
10. Service Adjustments (No Refunds)
We do not offer refunds for any salon services. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied, please return within three (3) days for an in-person evaluation. We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue through an adjustment by the same stylist, free of charge.
